Feres Cleaning Services LLC is a family-owned business in Tarpon Springs, run by Manny and Ana. Between them they have more than 25 years of experience in residential and commercial office cleaning.
Manny's background is commercial cleaning. He has worked as an area manager on accounts that included Chase, SunTrust and BB&T banks, Florida Power & Light, the Pinellas County Health Department and Sprint stores.

A team of two, or one cleaner
We normally send a team of two, and two to four on larger projects, so the crew spends less time in your home. If you'd rather have one person, just ask. Some clients in mobile and smaller homes prefer a single cleaner.
Billed for time on the clock
Home cleaning is charged per labor hour for each cleaner, only for the time we're working in your home, so a small job costs less than a big one. Office and post construction jobs get a flat rate.

Manny and Ana run the business themselves. Manny plans the work with you and walks the crew through it, and we call afterward to check you're happy.
Nothing is off the list
We have no limits on what needs to be cleaned, and the schedule is flexible: weekly, biweekly, monthly or a single visit. Ask for something and we'll add it.
Products that suit your home
We bring eco-friendly products and our own equipment. If you'd rather we use your products and equipment, we're happy to, and it keeps anything from being carried over from another home.
